NTIEVA's mission is to conduct research and staff

comprehensive approach to learning in art that centers instruction on works of art and
derives content from four foundational art disciplines that contribute to the creation, understanding and appreciation of art: art production, art
history, art criticism and aesthetics.
ArtsEdNet, an online service developed by the J. Paul Getty

educators, general classroom teachers using the arts in their curriculum, museum
educators, and university faculty involved in art education.

In meeting this responsibility, NCTM has developed a set of standards for school
mathematics that address content, teaching, and assessment. These standards are guidelines

and evaluating high-quality mathematics programs for kindergarten through grade 12.
